Water is very important for any kinds of living things. Humans can live more than two weeks without food. However, they can only live for eight to ten days without water. Water goes around the body through blood. It carries oxygen and food for cells. It cleans the body by bringing the waste in sweat or urine. It also keeps the balance of minerals in the body.
